South Run Seahawks

Welcome to the South Run Seahawks!

The South Run Seahawks are a summer swim team based in the South Run Regency neighborhood of Fairfax Station, Virginia. As members of the Northern Virginia Swimming League (NVSL) and Springfield-Burke Developmental League, we foster a love for swimming, teamwork, and community in a fun and competitive environment.

Our team is made up of residents from the South Run Regency neighborhood, creating a close-knit and supportive atmosphere for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. From beginners learning the strokes to seasoned swimmers leading the team to victory, everyone has a place with the Seahawks!

Each summer, our team comes together to practice, compete, and build friendships. Alongside regular swim meets, we host social events and activities to bring families and neighbors together. Whether you’re joining for the first time or returning for another season, the Seahawks are ready to cheer you on and help you achieve your swimming goals.
